Are you talking about Condemned 2 when you bring up framerate issues? Because SF4 ran flawlessly. Condemned 2: Bloodshot is a continuation of the game presented in the perspective of the first person, described by the authors themselves as a dark, brutal psychological thriller. The one thing that'd be good for a Condemned 2 port to PC is being able to turn off the crappy motion blur they do.
